Bad news!

I've tried my Hammond J142 solid state organ. There is something wrong with it. When you play a chord on the lower manual it also plays the chord for every ton you play at the upper. It is impossible to play! I continue the investigation, but it is not easy to locate the error among all the ICs and transistors.

Now I probably will abandon the great treasure and invest in another organ project. A modern digital hammond clone. As a role model is this guy:

Jag har provat min Hammond J142 solid state-orgel. Det är något fel på den. När man spelar ett ackord på den lägre manualen så spelas det ackordet även för varje ton man spelar på den övre. Det går alltså inte att spela! Jag fortsätter undersökningen, men det är inte lätt att lokalisera   felet bland alla IC-kretsar och transistorer. 

Det lutar nu mycket åt att överge den fina klenoden och satsa på ett annat orgelprojekt. En modern digital hammondkopia. Som förebild är den här killen:
